Ingredients
Water, Onion, Palm Oil, Coconut Milk, Tomato Paste (8%), Spices (Ginger, Lemongrass, Galangal), (5.3%), Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Tamarind, Modified Tapioca Starch, Chilli (1%), Yeast Extract, Paprika Oleoresin.
Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):
1. Heat 10 ml (3/4 tablespoon) oil in a pan and brown 300g diced chicken or beef. Add Brahim's Spicy Tomato Sauce with 120 ml (1/2 cup) water
2. Cook and stir on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender
3. Garnish with quartered tomatoes. Serve hot

Once opened keep refrigerated
