You will pay postage and packaging cost depending on your delivery address:-
All our shipping rate are Flat rate
UK - £2.50 Standard Royal Mail (delivery confirmation), £4.99 - 48 hours tracked, $7.99 = 24 hours tracked
Europe/ROW - £6.50 Standard Royal Mail (no tracking), £15.50 - Royal mail tracked and Sign (below 2kg), above 2kg, please choose Courier service £35.00
All of our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday to Friday) you should expect to receive your delivery within 5 working days. Delivery times may vary during our busiest trading periods.
Highlands and Islands All customers in the highlands and islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scilly Isles, please note that deliveries to your area may take a little longer than those advertised*

In accordance with Xihaha policy of offering outstanding customer service, you may return any item you have received from www.xihaha.co.uk under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Books must be in unused (re-saleable) condition.
- CDs/VCD/DVD/Software must have their holographic seal or shrink-wrap intact.
- Any other item must be returned in new condition with its original packing and accessories.
Returning Items by Post
Please follow these simple step-by-step instructions:
- Contact Xihaha customer service to get a Return Reference Number.
- Repackage the products securely and send the products together with
- the reason for return
- the invoice number
- your e-mail address or telephone number
- instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement
All unwanted goods must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact.
