Return policy

In accordance with Xihaha policy of offering outstanding customer service, you may return any item you have received from www.xihaha.co.uk under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Books must be in unused (re-saleable) condition.
  • CDs/VCD/DVD/Software must have their holographic seal or shrink-wrap intact.
  • Any other item must be returned in new condition with its original packing and accessories.
Our refund guarantee your statutory rights and does no affect them in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty.

Returning Items by Post

Please follow these simple step-by-step instructions:
  1. Contact Xihaha customer service to get a Return Reference Number.
  2. Repackage the products securely and send the products together with
  3. the reason for return
  4. the invoice number
  5. your e-mail address or telephone number
  6. instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement
You will find further instructions and the Returns address on the paperwork that arrived with your order.
All unwanted goods must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact.
