We use a nationally recognised parcel delivery service for all orders, so you can be assured of reliable and fast service.

- £4.99 - 24 hours tracked
Europe/ROW*
- £6.50 Standard Royal Mail (no tracking, below 2kg ONLY)
- £15.50 - Royal mail tracked and Sign (below 2kg)
- £35.00 - above 2kg, please choose Courier service £35.00
* may be subject to your country Import Custom Duty and Tax on your purchase (your responsible to check and pay these cost).
All of our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday to Friday) you should expect to receive your delivery within 5 working days. Delivery times may vary during our busiest trading periods.

Fresh and Frozen products to be shipped by Next Day Delivery Service (UK address only & Excluding postcode which Royal Mail CANNOT commit Next Day Delivery)
Please check out with Next Day Delivery Option only for Frozen & Fresh products.
Items will be shipped Next Day Delivery (Monday to Thursday). Frozen Foods will defrost or part-defrost in transit.

Overseas delivery

Note: fresh and frozen products are for UK address only as we cannot ship these kind of products to overseas. Please do not add to cart.
In accordance with Xihaha policy of offering outstanding customer service, you may return any item you have received from www.xihaha.co.uk under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Books must be in unused (re-saleable) condition.
- CDs/VCD/DVD/Software must have their holographic seal or shrink-wrap intact.
- Any other item must be returned in new condition with its original packing and accessories.
- Grocery products are not returnable.
Our refund guarantees your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty.
Returning Items by Post
Please follow these simple step-by-step instructions:
- Contact Xihaha customer service to get a Return Reference Number.
- Repackage the products securely and send the products together with
- the reason for return
- the invoice number
- your e-mail address or telephone number
- instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement
You will find further instructions and the Returns address on the paperwork that arrived with your order.
All unwanted goods must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging, and with any security seals still intact.
