Chilli Bean Sauce, also known as “Toban Djan”, is a Sichuan-style ingredient paste with a pungent blend of salted chilli peppers, soybean and broad beans pastes. An essential ingredient in the classic Kung Pao Chicken dish and a great addition to any stir-fry.

Pixian Douan 30% (Chilli Peppers 60%, Broad Beans 20%, Salt, Wheat Flour), Soybean Oil, Water, Salted Chilli Peppers 14% (Chilli Peppers, Salt), Salt, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Water, Salt), Dried Chilli Peppers 0.5%, Modified Corn Starch, Colour (Paprika Extract).
