Sugar (30%), Fructose (25%), Water (19.51%), Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat, Salt, Water) (10%), Salt (8%), Chinese Five Spices Powder (Cinnamon, Aniseed, Garlic, Bay Leaves, Star Anise, Allspice) (7%), Acid (Citric Acid (E330)) (0.3%), Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate (E621) (0.08%), Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate (E211) (0.04%), Potassium Sorbate (E202) (0.04%)), Colour (Ammonium Caramel (E150c)) (0.03%).

Preparation
Prepare 100g of meat, 100g of sliced bean curd, 3-4 boiled eggs, and 1 litre of water with Healthy Boy Chinese Stewed Sauce.
Cooking Direction
1. Heat 1 Litre of water until it boils. Add Healthy Boy Chinese Stewed Sauce.
2. Add meat, cook until the meat is cooked well.
3. Reduce heat, add boiled eggs, bean curd. Cover and simmer until the meat is tender. Ready to serve.
