Product Description:

Erawan Tapioca Starch flour (bot nang) is a gluten-free flour extracted from the storage roots of a cassava plant. It can be used as a substitute for cornstarch, to thicken things, or used in Vietnamese chicken soup, as well as in cakes and snacks as  gluten-free flour. Both tapioca starch and tapioca flour are the same thing and can be used interchangeably. Note, this is not always the case with starches and flours. For example, potato starch and potato flour are two very different ingredients, both made through different processes, with unique properties.
